As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests. Your daily tasks will include responding to customer concerns, processing orders, and providing accurate information about products or services. You must be a problem solver, an active listener, and able to handle high call volumes. Your ability to build rapport and deliver quality service will contribute to overall customer retention.
